Weaving Time: Custom rugs are handcrafted and take 3–6 weeks
Shipping Duration: Delivery typically takes 4–5 business days after dispatch
→ Rug Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you wish to return your rug, please follow these guidelines:
The rug must be in its original condition with no signs of wear
Contact us via email within 5 days of receiving the rug
The item must be returned within 14 days for a full refund
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

For custom orders, a 30% restocking fee of the original price applies.
